Ronald L. Hill, CBI
President
Mr. Hill has over 30 years of progressive experience as a chief financial officer and chief executive. Mr. Hill was the CEO of a $25M provider of diversified health services. As CEO he led the merger and acquisition of over 15 separate entities. From 1990 to 2000 he built and sold a successful multi-unit business in the service sector. He joined a Boston area business brokerage firm in 2000 as Senior Broker and Vice President. As Vice President he was the company leading producer, business appraiser and consultant closing over 20 transactions. In April 2003 he co-founded Northeast Business Partners. Mr. Hill has completed post graduate studies in Healthcare Administration at Purdue University, has completed the certificate program in Healthcare Marketing from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Finance and holds a degree in Business Administration from Wayne State University. He is a member of the International Business Brokers Association where he has earned the coveted designation of a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), the M&A Source (Association of Merger & Acquisition Professionals), the Institute of Business Appraisers and is a licensed real estate professional.

Kevin J. Donovan
Partner
Mr. Donovan has over 25 years experience in Finance and Accounting holding positions from Controller to Vice President, CFO. He has had a senior role in a number of major financing transactions totaling more than a $1 billion in raised capital and has played senior roles in mergers and acquisitions ranging from $250 million to over $2 billion. Mr. Donovan was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of a $800 million division of one of the largest National Energy Companies in North America. In 2000, Mr. Donovan formed KJ Donovan & Co. Inc. a Business Brokerage and Consulting Company and in May of 2003 was one of the co-founders of Northeast Business Partners. Mr. Donovan holds a BS from Bentley College.

Mark Parsekian

Mr. Parsekian has combined his over 17 years of sales and marketing experience with his entrepreneurial spirit to create a number of successful small business ventures. From 1992 to 1998 his sales, marketing and training skills have brought him high recognition with the various companies he has represented. He has been featured in a number of national and local publications for his team building approach in developing successful sales organizations and training techniques. Prior to becoming co-founder and Partner of Northeast Business Partners he was senior broker and top producer of another Boston based business brokerage firm. He holds a degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a licensed real estate professional. Mark resides in Milton, MA and is an avid runner and a member of the L Street Running Club and L Street Brownies of South Boston, MA.

Edwin Rivera
Partner
Mr. Rivera has over 10 years of progressive experience as a consultant and chief executive. Mr. Rivera was the President of J.P. Morgan Property Exchange, a $10M provider of Section 1031 like kind exchange services. As President, he reviewed many acquisition opportunities and led the integration of the Bank One Exchange business. As Vice President of J.P. Morgan Trust Company, NA, he led the trust and escrow business on the West Coast. In this role, he identified and performed due diligence on several portfolio acquisitions opportunities. As a management consultant at Coopers & Lybrand, he assisted clients in determining their core competitive strengths and developed strategies to enhance these strengths through product development and/or acquisition. Mr. Rivera is experienced in strategic planning, marketing and acquisition valuation, due diligence and closing. He holds a B.A. from Princeton University and a MBA from Harvard University Graduate School of Business with a concentration in Strategic Marketing. He is a former Director of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce and a former member of NAREIT, ICSC and the Real Estate Roundtable.
